Welcome to MyNewPlace! MyNewPlace makes finding your new place easy, efficient and successful by providing the largest online marketplace connecting renters and property owners. A simple and easy-to-use interface with powerful search and comparison tools and no distracting ad banners ensure you find your new place.
Why Register?
When you register, you can save the places you like and view them at a later time and view the details of available apartments.
Creating a Password
Passwords are required to be a minimum of 6 characters and a maximum of 20 including any combination of numbers letters and special characters that is not your email address.
Forgot your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. SelectForgot Password from the Sign In page and enter your email address. If you forgot your password, enter the email address you used when you registered. You'll receive a Password Assistance email with instruction about how to reset your password.
Locked Account
If multiple failed attempts have been made to sign in to your account, your account will be locked. Should this occur, you can re-set your password by clickingReset Your Password on the Account Locked page.
Changing Your Information
SelectMy Account fromMyFavorites to change your account information. Click Save Changes to save the new information.
Finding Your New Place
To start searching for your new place, enter a city and state or zip code and a list of available apartments and apartment communities in that area is displayed. On the Search Results page, you can refine your search and specify places within 1-50 miles of a particular area, a rent range, pet policy, as well as particular amenities.
Searching for Affordable Housing
SelectAffordable Housing under the list of Amenities to find properties that cooperate with housing assistance programs.
Refining Your Search
The following table lists the amenities you can specify when searching for your new place. The more specific you are, the better the search results are and they'll include the places that best fit your needs. To view all amenities, clickView All Amenities while searching.
Note thatRecreational Facilities may include a club house, recreation room, BBQ or picnic area, sundeck, or courtyard.Exercise Facilities may include a fitness center or sports court for tennis or basketball.

Visiting the Apartment
To view an apartment that you're interested in, contact the apartment community's staff to set up an appointment. For your convenience, clickAsk About Availability at the top of the Detailed Listing Page to email the apartment staff directly from MyNewPlace.
Reserve An Apartment
To reserve your new home click on the Check link on a participating floor plan. A new window will appear that displays the available units at the property based on your criteria. Choose the floor plan you are interested in and fill out the corresponding fields with your information and submit the form. When you visit the property don't forget to writeMyNewPlace on the Guest Card and Application.
Apartment Page Help
The apartment page provides the floor plan, description, and if available, photos of the inside and outside of the apartment community. It also includes the details of any move-in specials offered.
