Pet Policy
The Palmer is a pet friendly community! No more than two pets are allowed per apartment home.You will be charged a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet. Pets must be on the leash if not in apartment. Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets. The following dog breeds are not permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Bull Mastiffs.
