Restricted: Pit bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, American Bull Dogs, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Great Danes, St. Bernhards, and Akitas. All other animals are prohibited, including snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas. No visiting pets. If a pet is found, a $500 pet fee will be charged to the account and is due immediately. Animals must be on a lease.
