The following restricted breeds can be allowed on a case by case basis with management’s consent. May be permitted with a temperament test. Restricted: Pit bulls, (including American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Huskies, American Bull Dogs, Alaskan Malamutes, Doberman Pins, Chow Chows, Great Danes, St. Bernhards, and Akitas. All other animals are prohibited, including snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas.

We allow 2 pets per household. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 is required for 1 pet or $400 for 2 pets. An additional monthly rent amount of $35 is required per pet. No visiting pets.
