Finding a pet friendly community can be tough. Here at Lookout Hollow, we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. That's why we are a pet friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do! Dog breeds (including mixed breeds) deemed aggressive or potentially aggressive are not permitted in a Stonemark Management community unless the dog is a certified service animal – The applicant and/or resident will need to provide proper proof of service animal status. Furthermore, all pet information will be submitted and be processed through a third-party pet screening service. Therefore, from this point forward, we do not accept the following breeds: • Akitas • Alaskan Malamutes • Chow Chows • Doberman Pinchers • German Shepherds • Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers • Presa Canarios • Rottweilers • Siberian Huskies • Wolf-Hybrids
