Pet Policy
Paws Welcome! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home at Ellyn Crossing. There is a $200 non-refundable fee for the first cat and a $100 non-refundable fee for a second cat with a $20 per month pet rent for cats. There is a $300 non-refundable fee per dog and $30 per month pet rent for dogs. Please contact the leasing office for further details.
