We welcome 2 pets per apartment with a combined maximum weight of 100lb. Non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per household (flat fee not based on pet quantity) due at move-in. An additional $35 monthly fee per pet is required. Breed restrictions apply.**No fees required for aquariums or reptiles, but leasing office approval is required.*****Pet fees will be adjusted to reflect the above policy upon application approval.***
