Down another few steps is the bedroom. Swallow Hill is a dirt road off of Louella Road, close to Sequim Bay State Park. The house is down a driveway that leads to the parking area and short walking trail to the house. Rent includes water, sewer, and mowing the meadow once per year. The tenant is required to maintain the grass and weeds along the driveway, walkway, and around the house. One small dog is possible with additional security deposit and $25 per month in pet rent. Sorry, no cats. First and last month's rent and deposits are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $3,000 per month.
