The property is cat and dog friendly with a maximum of 2 per unit. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee, per pet of $150/cat $300/dog and then a monthly pet fee of $35/cat and $50/dog. **Please note, we have a non-negotiable 40 lb weight limit restriction on dogs** All of our properties are now smoke free. This means that smoking in the home will not be permitted. Qualified applicants must have a minimum income of $4,987.50 and be able to pass a credit and criminal screening. Landlord references over the past 4 years are also reviewed. There is a $65 per person, age 18 and older, non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, a holding deposit equal to one-month’s rent is required to hold the unit and remove it from active listings.
