Like going out on weekends and keep things pretty laid back during the workweek. The place already has all the furnishings, quality cookware, etc, so you’ll just need to furnish your bedroom. Ideally you’ll also be on the clean side and either a working professional or a graduate student. Heat and hot water are included in the price, we will split electric and wi-fi. First and last month’s rent due up front with no security deposit. This elevator building is professionally managed with In-building laundry located in the basement.
