Tenant responsible for all electric (heat), cable TV (Satellite dishes are prohibited!) and Phone. We are responsible for garbage collection, sewer & water, cutting grass, plowing snow and all interior & exterior maintenance. Unit will be painted and cleaned before new tenant moves in. Security deposit is typically $1,195 but if you have a dog or cat the security deposit is $2,390. It is refundable at the end of the lease if no damage.
