For a viewing, stop by the building and go into the first floor store, a bar called the South Loop Club and ask for Nick or Demetri. We are here daily! Saturday and Sunday by special appointment only!! Best time is between 2 and 4 pm Animal free, smoke free, and drug free building. Tenant is responsible for the electric. There is no security deposit, a $250 non refundable move-in fee is required. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee.
