The Kilbourn Knoll design won the highest honor given by the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in 1990.<br><br>Kilbourn Knoll has only twelve apartments—4 per floor. Each apartment is a 1,000 square foot, two bedroom corner unit with a living room, large kitchen, and bathroom. The apartments are light and airy with lots of windows, historic trim, and a number of period appropriate light fixtures.
