The Kilbourn Knoll Historic Apartments building is located on a tree-lined enclave in the heart of Milwaukee’s Historic Concordia neighborhood; the actual address is 3104 W. Kilbourn (Google 3108 W. This building, which was originally constructed in 1926, underwent a total gut rehab in 1990 and was placed on the National Register of Historic Places. That means that Kilbourn Knoll is essentially a new building in the shell of the original masonry structure.
