I've got dogs. What are the best places in Wayne for being outdoors with pets?
One of the best places for being outdoors with pets in Wayne is its off-leash dog park, Harford Dog Park. This five-acre park features a creek and a canine drinking fountain. There are many other parks in town, but dogs must be kept on leash in those. For a larger green space good for hiking and camping with your dogs, Ridley Creek State Park encompasses over 2500 acres of woodlands and is located 20 minutes south of Wayne.

Is Wayne a good place for younger people?
With a population of about 20,000, Wayne isn't the worst place for young people, but it's certainly not the best. With one institution of higher learning, the Valley Forge Military Academy and College, Wayne is a good place for younger folks attending that school. Other than the college demographic, however, there isn't a huge contingent of younger people living in Wayne, and the city tends to be fairly quiet.
