I'm looking for a safe area of Riverside for my son to get an apartment. He is attending CBU and would like it in that vicinity, if it safe. Any ideas?
As far as the safety is concerned, the safest place is around the campus because safety guards always patrol the campus. It means the farther you are from the campus, the more it is dangerous. So you should try to find an off campus housing that is near the university. Presidential Park and Ramona area will be good place to find a safety apartment.
