To get hooked up with a prime tanning location on the daily, try an apartment in the South Beach neighborhood. To wake up to the Latin pulse, search for a spot in Little Havana or Buena Vista. Become a downtowner and boast close proximity to the Business District, Miami Historic District, and Jewelry District. Miami is a rich, vibrant city with a wealth of housing options. In more exclusive neighborhoods such as South Beach you can find the art decor apartment overlooking the beach of your dreams—just be prepared to pay the price, in money and in tourist traffic. Areas such as Little Havana can also be pricey, but your hunt will bring you a deal if you start early enough. The further southern, western, and northern peripheries of the city are less expensive, though not close to the epicenter of activity. However, do not fret, anywhere you are in Miami you'll still be able to feel the beat.

Ok, chicos, so what is there not to do in Miami. Just strolling around town taking in the unique architecture is amusement enough. Pick up some pastelitos (Cuban pastries) at Karla Bakery. After a day lying beach-side, freshen up and go out for a good Cuban meal at Casa Larios. Shimmy and shake at Bongos Cuban Café , Miami's prime salsa spot. Be prepared to rally, 'cause people are hittin' the dance floor all night long.
