They take only the freshest fish, fry it up on the spot, serve it with cilantro, cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and Senor Baja's own delectable white sauce, and wrap it all up in a freshly made corn tortilla. Some other favorite dishes include the carne asada burrito, shrimp burrito, chicken tacos, and horchata- a deliciously sweet blend of cinnamon, rice, and milk. This hole-in-the-wall local gem is known for its quick and accommodating service, as well as Senor Baja's "condiment counter" offering an array of seasonings including limes, peppers, and homemade red and green salsas.

While Little Lake City Elementary School District has received similarly mediocre reviews, ABC Unified School District has fared far better. There are, however, several private schools in the vicinity.
