I've got dogs. What are the best places in Valencia for being outdoors with pets?
Nestled within nearby San Bernardino's scenic Wildwood Park sits the local pet-owners favorite, Wildwood Dog Park. This park offers three separate grassy areas- two sizeable areas for large dogs and a smaller area for small and timid dogs, as well as shade trees, benches, water fountains, and restrooms for its two-legged visitors. With a gated entry and lights for nighttime park-goers, visitors of Wildwood Dog Park can feel safe and secure and enjoy the quality time with their favorite pooch. Pet owners can also bring their furry friends along to get some exercise on the city's extensive pathway system. Called "paseos" these paved walkways run over and under major boulevards and connect the entire community of Valencia to the Santa Clara River Trail. The eight miles of the Santa Clara River Trail run along the river and connect to the scenic Canyon County.
