  • Can you recommend any bustling Denver areas would be fun places to find an apartment?

Washington Park is a great neighborhood, with lots of apartments all near the Park, and it's centrally located and has lots of coffee shops, bars, and record stores. Capitol Hill is another neighborhood that is popular with a funky, young set. Lakewood is a bit further out, but the Belmar area just opened a few years ago with new apartments, shopping, and an outdoor skating rink.

  • 3 bedroom washington park?

In the Washington Park part of Denver, we have 45 properties with 3 bedroom apartments. At the top right of the apartment listings page (with the map), you can select to display properties with a specific rent, a certain number of bedrooms and other amenities.

  • Hi, I am Rhonda and moving from Indiana to Colorado. Is Park Hill a nice decent clean place to live? Thanks.

Park Hill is a nice place to live. There is a golf club, a park and a zoo nearby. It is a quiet place and the distance to the city’s center is 5 to 7 miles.

  • Where in Denver should I live if I'd like to walk or bike to work and to restaurants and bars from my apartment?

Capitol Hill is one of the most compact and pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in Denver, with residential areas as well as small commercial and retail districts. Residents can walk or bike to the nearby coffee shops, hardware stores, grocery stores, and restaurants. Several parks are also in the vicinity including Cheesman Park and Civic Center Park. Arts and culture buffs will be happy to have the Vance Kirkland Museum, the Fillmore Auditorium, and the Ogden Theater just around the block.

  • What's a good neighborhood for families in Denver?

East Wash Park is a great place for families in Denver; West Wash Park is more geared towards young singles. Parker is another excellent choice, especially since there is so much planned open space for trails and parks. With lots of older Victorian homes, several pockets of cute shops and restaurants, and a clear view of the city, the Highlands lends itself well to young families that are trying to avoid cookie cutter suburbia, and most areas are only a mile or two from downtown Denver. The schools in each area run the gamut; most of the best schools lie on the outskirts of the city, so consult school rankings if you're looking to put your kids in public school.

  • ARE THERE APARTMENT/TOWNHOUSES TO RENT THAT HAS BASEMENTS, LIKE MICHIGAN HAS

You'll have to contact individual properties to see what kind of amenities they offer. Unfortunately our site does not have the ability to sort our listings with basement or basement access as an option.

  • What does everyone in Denver do for fun in their spare time and on weekends?

Denver residents can escape pretty quickly to the Rocky Mountains for skiing in the winter or over to Estes for hiking and camping in the summer. The front range of Colorado gets some of the best weather in the country, with over 300 days of sunshine per year. In the fall, Broncos games are a city favorite and the music scene in Denver is vibrant. Venues include the Bluebird Theater and The Fillmore.
