This small residential neighborhood encompasses 585 homes of all sizes and styles, but perhaps most notable are the area's many sophisticated cape-style homes. Waycroft/Woodlawn is considered to be a very "walkable" part of town, with many children even walking to school. The area is home to several beautiful gardens and parks, including scenic Waycroft Park where residents can bring their children and pets to enjoy the picnic tables, sports fields, walking paths, and other amenities available here. The Boston Mall and Lee Heights shops are right around the corner for some great shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and more.
