How busy is Columbia Heights at nighttime?
Unless you live right on 14th Street or right around Metro, Columbia Heights is quiet at night. Those areas still get quite a bit of traffic from both pedestrians and cars until fairly late into the night, but any of the side streets will be pretty peaceful. 14th and Girard can be very noisy but if you live away from that intersection, you should find it a great neighborhood to live in.
