Position:
Reporting to the Director of Client Services, this position is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent presentation, training, and communication skills to build awareness and adoption of the MyNewPlace product with clients.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Client Trainer will be responsible for generating excitement and retaining our client relationships by focusing on the following initiatives:

• Field Training: Deliver training curriculum to clients through market trainings to provide best practices and help to optimize their online advertising. Help develop market training schedule and travel weekly to facilitate trainings in both a group and individual property setting.
• Customized Client Training:Customize and facilitate client-specific training based on the needs of the client to increase client satisfaction.
• Training Management: Develop and execute training program, and process to share client feedback with sales and marketing team.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a college degree, a minimum of 4 years of training and sales experience in a high growth setting, and the ability to travel 80% of the week. The ideal candidate will also possess the following experience/traits:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proven record of developing relationships through training presentations
• Experience building and implementing operating procedures, reports, and training programs for high value clients
• Self-motivated, team player, willingness to adapt to changing products and technology
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Willingness to travel nationwide
• Experience using account management software
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Compensation:

The compensation package consists of a competitive base salary and significant equity upside in the form of option grants on a four year vesting schedule.
