We're recently completely remodeled our separate guest house. It has two stories with two bedrooms (One full-size bedroom, and one with the slanted ceiling that you see in the photos) and one bathroom. There's also a huge loft area and a working fireplace. The kitchen is completely new with granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, and a new sink with faucets. Everything is freshly painted, and the floors have been redone with hardwood and ceramic tile. There is a wall A/C unit and electric ceiling heat. We are putting in new blinds for you. It's a really lovely place with natural wood finishing, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. All the utilities are included in the price, and the laundry is attached to the building and free to use. You will share the big backyard with us and our two beautiful dogs. There is plenty of free street parking. We live on a quiet residential street near Pico Blvd & Westwood Blvd. There is very easy access to the 10 and the 405 freeways. We are just a few blocks from the Westside Pavilion mall, and many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. It is just a few miles to the beach, UCLA, Santa Monica, Venice, Beverly Hills, Century City, Brentwood, Westwood and Culver City.
