I'm looking for a responsible tenant who is looking to live in a nice, clean townhouse within a great and quiet community in Crofton. I own the house, so it's just myself living there. I'm currently a law student at the University of Maryland and an engineer for a federal agency. I have no criminal record, don't do drugs, and am very kind and quiet. The room available is about 20 by 30 feet; roughly 450 square feet within a two master bedroom house. It has a walk in closet and personal bathroom including a rear house view. It's an impressive location and parking is covered. There isn't a garage, although there is lots of space in addition to an attic for storage. Further, there is a nice big kitchen that includes appliances and there is even a back yard and deck; very nice in the summer time. Further, there is all brand new furniture in the living room and hard wood flooring throughout the living room and kitchen. Flat screen television in the living room with DVD/Blueray player and entertainment system, i.e. playstation 3 and game Cube. I also have Verizon Fios HD TV and high speed internet connectivity.
