Is Wyoming a good place for families?
Based on safety and quality of education, Wyoming is a decent place for families. With a crime index of 26 out of 100, the crime rate in Wyoming is noticeably lower than the average when compared to other communities of similar population size. As far as education is concerned, the schools run the gamut. Currently the city is served by five school districts: Grandville Public Schools, Wyoming Public Schools, Kelloggsville Public Schools, Godwin Heights Public Schools, and Godfrey-Lee Public Schools. None of these districts have received very high marks as a whole, but some schools are better than others.
