Just Northeast of Orlando sits Winter Park, Florida. It has a population of about 25,00 people and is one of the most sought after suburbs in the area. Winter Park was built as a very upscale resort before the turn of the 20th Century, and remains as beautiful now as it was then. It was one of the first master planned communities in Florida, and its historic buildings and winding cobble stoned streets give it charming character today.Winter Park is sprinkled with beautiful lakes and the overall atmosphere is wonderful.When looking for your Winter Park apartment, know that the area is very car dependent with the exception of some of the historic areas.
