Yes, Westminster's Orchard Town Center is a pedestrian's haven with shops ranging from department stores to specialty stores, and eateries ranging from casual restaurant chains to fine dining locales. Stroll (or ride the trackless Orchard Express Train!) around the center and shop to your heart's content at such stores as Macy's, Sunglass Hut, Ross, and even Staples.
