Living in a small town like West Seneca means always being on the lookout for ways to entertain yourself or your family. There are only so many options in such a small space, but luckily they make do quite well with what they have. The Charles E. Burchfield Nature & Art Center is probably your best bet when trying to plan social and cultural events. This 29-acre complex is home to some beautiful gardens, scenic nature walks, playgrounds for the kids, and even an outdoor amphitheater for shows in the summer months. This is probably the top attraction in the town.
Shopping in West Sene
It is not suburban life until you throw in a couple malls and shopping strips. West Seneca has you covered with not one, not two, but three huge malls all within city limits. Walden Galleria, McKinley Mall, and Southgate Plaza are all open daily for your retail shopping needs and cater to families and couples specifically. Load up the SUV and make a day out of it during the weekend. Once you are shopped out, make sure you grab a bite to eat at one of the many popular restaurants in the city. Schwabl's Restaurant is well known and was even featured by Anthony Bourdain.
