Villa Hills Parks & R

Everyone in Villa Hills can enjoy both fitness and the outdoors thanks to Villa Hills Parks and Recreation and their many community programs. The parks department puts on a number of organized sports programs for children from five years of age up through high school, all at one of the town's many sports fields. The department also oversees the adult softball league. The parks include Franzen Fields and Harry Rigney Park, both of which sport baseball fields and green areas to play in. The parks department also oversees the Villa Hills Garden Club, a volunteer group that helps take care of the town's green spaces.

The children of Villa Hills receive a good education thanks to Saint Joseph School, a school whose excellence has been recognized and rewarded with a National Blue Ribbon School designation. The school puts a strong emphasis on academics, making sure the each student has everything they need for success in school. The school also offers a full range of activities so that students have a well-rounded school experience, with a band, a chess club, a drama club, and much more. The school also fields athletics teams, helping students keep a strong mind in a strong body.
