Hello, From Union

If you’d like to know just how much you might spend on a new apartment, take a look at the rent chart. It has the latest average rates on one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Ready to dive a bit deeper into Union? Let’s go!

An Everlasting Union

Union is a small, family friendly city with lots of park space, plenty of activities, and easy access to some of the best attractions in Missouri. Since East Central College is located right in town, Union also has a bit of an academic feel. Even if you aren't enrolled at the university, you can still enjoy the concerts, plays, and art shows that it puts on.

A Union with Nature

If you’re hoping to spend some time outdoors, you can find plenty of parks and open spaces in Union. Union City Park is a popular spot, with athletic fields, a swimming pool, a playground, a lighted path, and a lake. There are also picnic facilities, so even if you just want to sit around eating hotdogs and hamburgers in a lovely setting, this is a great park to visit! If you’re looking for a fantastic place for a staycation, look no further than Meramec State Park. The park is about thirty minutes from Union and is well worth the trip, even if you can only stay for the day. Here, you can go hiking, spelunking, bird watching, or canoeing, fishing, and rafting on the Meramec River. You can even pitch a tent and stay a spell (you’ll probably want to), as there are camping facilities in the park. If you're looking for even more outdoor fun, Robertsville State Park is also nearby. With nature all around, you'll have lots of opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

If you like your nature to be well-manicured, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors without getting all dirty. Golfers can work on their swing at the Birch Creek Golf Club. This affordable, 18-hole course is a favorite amongst residents. Did you know that there's wine country out here in Missouri? It’s true! Wine lovers can explore several wineries in the area.

Meet Me in St. Louis

Union is only about an hour from St. Louis, so a day trip to this hustling, bustling city is a snap. Head to St. Louis to catch a Cardinals game, gawk at the Gateway Arch, pick up some gooey butter cake, or catch a live show. If you're looking for a place to sit back and relax, you can also sit and stare at the Mighty Mississippi for a spell. St. Louis really does have it all!

You in Union

Move into a new apartment in Union and enjoy living in this active, family oriented, small town. Ready for your fun fact? Jack Wagner lived in Union and went to East Central College. Never heard of him? He was a heartthrob actor on General Hospital who also rocked the heck out of the hit song, ""All I Need."" Blast it while you’re moving into your new place: everyone will sing along!
