All The Villages

In The Woodlands, you'll find plenty of shopping, a regional concert venue called The Cynthia Woods Pavillion, seven golf courses, top rated resort and Market Street, a centralized downtown area with great restaurants and movie theatres. The Town Center Theatre is a professional theatre company which presents a very good selection of plays. There are a number of ‘villages' and regardless of which one your Woodlands apartment is located in, you'll be close to it all.

Backyard Gourmet

You will find plenty of both locally owned and chain restaurants, and once in your Woodlands apartment, there are a few to try out. Everyone raves about Perry's Steakhouse and rightfully so because they totally know how to cook perfect steak. Amerigo's is famous for its excellent Italian food and Americas for Latin American food and a very cool bar scene. If you want laid back, try Jasper's Gourmet Backyard Cuisine where you can sit outside, and sample such interesting combinations as prosciutto wrapped shrimp and grits. It's Texas! There are several great burger places. Culver's for butter burgers, Mel's for a mega burger, and Beck's for primo prime.

Great Ambiance

Most of the good restaurants have live music or a d.j. in the house, but if you want it a little quieter and pub-like, try out Baker Street or the Cru Wine Bar. Both are friendly places and may be good for meeting new people. Ambiance is more upscale and more like a traditional nightclub and could be fun for a splashy night out. And if you feel like getting out of town, just drive down to Spring. It's only minutes away and has some great bars and clubs. Your Woodlands apartment will be home before you know it.
