  • Looking for 55 plus apartments that are NOT income restricted. Do you have any suggestions? Which neighborhoods are great for active Seniors?

We think that you should consider living on the southeastern side of town. The Duncan Park neighborhood is nearby a lakeside park and the Spartanburg Country Club is located about 3 miles down South Pine Street. Also, this is not too far from downtown and it is located on the opposite side of town as are the University of South Carolina, Methodist College, Wofford College and Converse College, which should help keep the noise and litter to a minimum. We have 3 properties in this area. Feel free for asking us any further questions, MyNewPlace.com
