The Lake St. Clair Me

Roseville's location right along the shores of Lake St. Claire provide many opportunities for outdoor recreation on or off the water. One of the best places to take advantage of the lake is at the Lake St. Clair Metropark, which features a paved pathway along the water, perfect for rollerblading, biking, or a simple stroll. There are also three marinas at the facility that make fishing, water skiing, or kayaking popular pastimes at the park. The Metropark also offers an Olympic-sized swimming pool complete with water slides and the Squirt Zone, which is pretty self-explanatory.

Exciting Nightlife

Roseville's nightlife is not be missed. There are many options right in Roseville, in nearby Detroit, as well as in the communities around Macomb County. A favorite haunt for locals in Roseville is the Eastgate Bar, which is a no-frills joint with ice cold beer and a great burger which many say is the best in the area. Or, if pool and darts are the games of the night the Orleans Billiards Cafe, in neighboring Mount Clemens, is the place to go. This bar has enough pool tables and dart boards to keep the many patrons playing all night if they want.

The Macomb Mall

The Macomb Mall, located in Roseville, offers over 90 shops including fashion, dining, and even an 8 screen movie theater. The mall has been bringing world-class shopping to the area for over 40 years and is still going strong. Shopping at the designer and national brand name shops can get exhausting, so a stop at one of the many restaurants or snack spots is recommended. Pick up a giant soft pretzel at the Pretzel Peddler or a famous Coney Island hotdog at National Coney Island. Regular shoppers are advised to join the Macomb Mall loyalty program that offers special discounts and advance notice about big sales and events.
