Our building was originally an old factory (Globe Knitting). The current owners purchased the property and completely rehabbed the building 5 years ago, so all of the apartments are, in essence, brand new. The builders, however, were able keep the ambience of the old factory by leaving many of the brick walls exposed and by leaving the pipes and ductwork visible in the 14-foot ceilings; all of which are painted a tasteful shade of cream or beige. The bricks in the common areas are painted a warm shade of rust-red, and the open atrium is a full six stories high with skylights. Our apartment community offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units (with a 12-month lease) with built in microwaves, dishwashers and garbage disposals. Included with your rent are water, sewer and trash removal. We have gated parking that is available free to our residents, and temperature controlled garage parking available for $35/month.
