Indoor Fun and Learni
There are plenty of indoor fun and learning activities in and around town for people of all ages. Riverdale offers computer training for adults and seniors. For children, karate and dance lessons provide a great indoor alternative to Riverdale's basketball leagues. Classes are a great way for seniors to meet each other and build their social circles and among those offered are quilting, knitting, and dance, which includes traditional line dancing as well as the more contemporary step style. In addition, after school programs provide a place for children to have fun and supplement their learning when they are not at school.
