Woodlake Nature Cente

Wood Lake Nature Center spans over 150 acres and is home to a variety of wildlife, foliage, and outdoor recreation. A main building is situated at the center and features many educational exhibits and special programs to encourage community learning and participation. A large amphitheater, picnic areas, and a wildlife observation can also be found here. If you want to explore the area, take advantage of the three miles of trails that run throughout the center. These trails allow you an up close glance at everything the nature in this area has to offer.

Farmer's Market

Purchase fresh fruits and vegetables locally grown by area residents at the Richfield Farmer’s Market. The market is held each Saturday at Veteran's Memorial Park and features a large variety of vendors offering produce, baked goods, and even arts and craft items. Other fun activities are on offer here, such as mini golf, playgrounds, and an array children’s events. Walking trails are also located throughout the area so you can enjoy nature up close. During certain times during the month, educational programs and other special events are held to make your experience even more exciting.
