Seasonal Spirit

Speaking of Edisto Memorial Gardens, it is home to one of the top 20 events in Southeastern Tourism Society: The Orangeburg Festival of Roses. Celebrate the beauty and grace of the south’s favorite flower as thousands of roses bloom here and all over the city. The Rose Festival has fun for everyone, with games, rides, food, live entertainment, and contests. At Christmastime, the Garden is the site of another festival: The Children’s Garden Christmas. Drive through dozens of dazzling and heartwarming lights displays. There is a giant Santa sleigh with reindeer, snowmen, and much more to see.
