Eating in Marysville

Eating in Marysville is a fun experience, as there are a number of restaurants you should visit at least once. Fraga's Cafe Restaurant is one of the most highly-rated local restaurants, with many recommending the chicken and salad roll with home-made pesto. You should also try the banoffee pie, a combination of banana and coffee flavors. For a mix of Mexican and American food, try Chipotle Mexican Grill. When you visit this popular chain, try the chipotle burritos. Doc Henderson's Restaurant is also a unique experience, as it is situated in a historic Victorian house.

Leading an Active Out

In Marysville, you can access a number of local parks, playgrounds, and walking trails. Altogether, nearly 16 different parks and recreational facilities are available for walking, biking, hiking, and even camping. Aldersgate Park provides access to fishing, hiking, and even has a tree house for children or the young-at-heart. Lewis Memorial Park boasts playgrounds and sports fields, with a soccer field and ball field available to the public. Even a shelter house is available to the public, although electrical connections are not readily available. This is a great way to get out of the rain or host meetups outdoors.

Plenty of Things to D

When you move to Marysville, several local areas will quickly become favorite day trips. The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is only a short drive from the Marysville center, and is a great way to spend the day either on your own, with friends, or with little ones. A fun golfing experience can be had at Muirfield Village Golf Club. If you love history, consider checking out the Jack Nicklaus Museum. The Plain City Historical Society hosts a museum as well, giving an excellent overview of the local area and the rich history it holds.
