The Texas & Pacific Railway Depot is the last surviving structure of this famed railway, with part of it turned into a museum to educate and entertain the public. The museum plays home to a steam locomotive along with other artifacts illustrating the railway. The Harrison County Historical Museum is another treasure designed to preserve the county’s history features a large collection of exhibits, including historical documents and photographs. Stop in to both of these unique museums to learn all you can about the history of Marshall.
