Take Clearview Regional High School for instance. Home to the Pioneers, Clearview Regional enrolled 1,579 students as of the 2009-2010 school year. Speaking of karate, while a showing of “The Karate Kid” isn’t likely, you can catch a movie night at the Chestnut Branch Park in the summer. Bring a blanket and some snacks and do your best “Mystery Science Theater 3000” impersonation along with your new friends. This pristine park is also the site of the annual tree lighting ceremony in December if you’re feeling jolly. Attend some of these annual events and you’ll never feel the need to read up on frog calls again. Unless that’s your thing.

Is Mantua pet friendly?
Mantua is an okay, but not great, place for pets. First off, it isn't home to any designated off-leash dog parks. And while there are several other parks in town, like Chestnut Branch Park, they don't allow pets. The one place where you can take your pets in the area as long as they are restrained by a leash is Ceres Park Nature Preserve, which offers walking and jogging trails throughout its 53 acres.
