How much should I expect to pay for utilities in Loma Linda each month, depending on the time of year?
Utilities can vay widely depending on your family size and the size of your home. A family of three living in Loma Linda should expect to pay an average of about $300 per month for utilities. As a general rule, people who live inland pay more for cooling than do those who live in coastal or near-coastal cities tend to. Because the summers are so hot, your utilities bill will certainly be highest from June through August, when you'll be using the air conditioning regularly. Heating expenses are usually not much of an issue since there are few months when you really need to turn on the furnace; and then, it's typically at night.
