La Grange History

Take a trip into the past by exploring the history of La Grange. The Vial House was built in 1874 and is located on La Grange Road. The house is used as a community museum that is home to many items depicting the town’s historical roots. A research center is also part of the home so that volunteers can continue to study the culture of the area. The exhibits at the museum are changed periodically so that you continuously have something new to see. Private tours can be arranged to learn more about the museum and LaGrange.
