  • Is this a friendly, that is, low key neighborhood?

Although the Villa of Ocean Dunes neighborhood is close to Route 1, on which there can be heavy traffic, the Villa of Ocean Dunes is located off of Marcinski Road, which is a dead end, so it should be much quieter place to find an apartment. Also, There is Ocean Cay Park and June Beach Park right nearby. Most of the traffic and nightlife will be centered about 3/4 of a mile south on Rte 1, where it intersects with Donald Ross Road.

  • Is Jupiter pet friendly?

In spite of not being home to any off-leash dog parks, Jupiter is pretty pet-friendly. There are many places where you can take your pets on leash, most notably Jupiter Beach Park and Carlin Park. There are also other much larger parks in the area that lend themselves well to spending time outdoors with pets, including Jonathan Dickinson State Park to the north. With close to 12,000 acres, many hiking trails run through its varied terrain of sand pine scrub, pine flatwoods, mangroves, and river swamps, and camping is also an option.
