Local Festivals

Each year the city of Hilliard is home to two amazing festivals that bring entertainment, food, and excitement to the downtown area. The Solebrate Food and Music Festival takes place in the warm weather and helps mark the beginning of summer in Ohio. Local entertainment and food enthusiasts gather to showcase their talents for all the community to see. Another great festival is the Old Hilliard Fest Art and Street Fair, which takes place mid-fall each year. The festival showcases local artistic talent, car shows, and much more. Hilliard is all about community and these festivals help it thrive each year.

Shopping Historic Hil

Residents of Hilliard love to shop at some of the best locally owned shops in town. Lattimer Square provides people with a great comic shop, as well as a BMX and skateboarding shop. Tinapple Plaza is located just two miles outside of town and offers a variety of small shops and larger stores to browse through. Locals can also visit Tanglewood Plaza and The Market at Hilliard. All of these shops help support the community, and offer an experience many will not find in a huge mall, with the service being much more personalized.

Experience Hollywood

For a little getaway right in your own area, Hollywood Casino is just a short drive into Columbus and offers some of the best entertainment around. While the majority of people visit the casino for slots or blackjack, you will also find live entertainment and several amazing places to dine in between gaming. The casino plays host to a variety of tournaments throughout the year, which brings people from all over to the area. Should you decide to stay near the action instead of making that short drive home, there are several hotels that partner with the casino.
