Hattiesburg Annual Wi
Hattiesburg is home to an annual wine festival held each April, attracting wine lovers from all over the world. The event is typically held inside the Hattiesburg Train Depot and is hosted by Purple Parrot Cafe. Each year, people gather together over their love for wine, and thanks to the city of Hattiesburg, it is all for a good cause. Tickets cost just under $100 and all proceeds go to the non-profit organization Extra Table. The organization brings awareness and funding to national hunger. Guests taste over 100 different types of wines while they dine, knowing they are supporting a good cause by doing so.

The main campus for USM is located in the heart of Hattiesburg, and provides the residents of the area with various to degrees to choose from.
