How much are utilities in Haddonfield?
The cost of utilities in Haddonfield, New Jersey is 17 percent higher than the average cost of utilities in the United States. Because the weather varies, this number may change drastically from season to season. The gas bill will run highest in the winter, when low temperatures require the use of the heat. The electric bill, on the other hand, will be highest in summer when it's necessary to use a cooling system (unless, of course, air conditing isn't used). Although other factors also influence the cost of utilities, including the size and age of your house, the number of members in your family, and how hot and cold you like to keep your house, a family of five should expect to pay a monthly average of about $300 for gas and electric combined.
