How is the public transportation system in Gulfport?
Not bad. Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, or PSTA, provides public transportation to Gulfport and all of Pinellas County, Florida. Bus lines 14, 15, 23, and 79 have atops in the city. Gulfport also has a trolley system that runs throughout the city. The connector trolley, decorated with pink flamingos, is Gulfport's public transportation trolley and connects Gulfport to St. Pete Beach, and vice versa. Gulfport's red trolley, decorated in a red and green paint scheme, is the city's special event trolley and lets you explore downtown Gulfport for free.

And, like most of Florida, Gulfport is a popular retirement destination, meaning it has a high proportion of the over-65 demographic among its residents.
