Fullerton's downtown area is very walkable, especially the area between Hillcrest Park, and Lemon park. This is perfect for students since the Fullerton College is just adjacent to this area. For anyone living outside of downtown you will likely need a car, but with Fullerton's many major streets, it's still an easy way to get around the city.
