Dining in Fredericksburg

For a small town, you'll be surprised at the number of ethnic cuisine restaurants in to be found. Laziza's gets high marks for Middle Eastern food and Choi's Korean Kitchen is excellent. The Parthenon Restaurant is very very good Greek food, and for something more American try the Bistro Bethem with local art on the walls and great service too. In the historic area downtown, you'll find places like Brocks Riverside Grill and others within walking distance. Once settled in your Fredericksburg apartment, you'll want to get out and about to discover your own favorites but these are all good starting points.

Friendly Barkeeps

If you're looking for a great local bar, J Brian's Tap Room is a good place to start. It's comfortable and friendly, and you will quickly meet new people there. The Irish Brigade Tavern is also friendly as is The Fredericksburg Pub which has a British flavor to it. Logan's Roadhouse can be a lot of fun too, but you'll find places near home when you move into your Fredericksburg apartment.
